Family
Style Management
The word “Family” refers to the numerous positive
meanings i.e. happiness, love, bond. With the good things about
the family, the company has applied the spirits of the family in
the management. Under the family style management, the staffs
are the members of the family. The company does not measure the
performance only on the money term but also the well-being of
the staff, the reputation of the organization and the harmony
and unity of the staff. Everybody in TPM contribute to the
company, not someone or a group of people. It is the fruit from
the dedication of all of us.

Leadership and Increases in labor productivity
“Human is the most valuable resource” – this is
an undeniable phrase and most people especially a leader or a
director probably know that “Human is a valuable property for an
organization”
We need to invest for either new machine or
modern technology, as well as for a human. In case we require
for a quality human who has capacity to work and can deal with
problem, the organization have to invest for him. The most
obvious method to invest for a quality person is to train him
theoretically and practically, together with practicing under
closely supervise by an expert or a leader. This method called
OJT “On the job training”. Apart from this training, there are
other factors which can affect employee; work environment and
leadership of the director. The result is not only finish but
also success. The good work must be effective, high quality,
less cost and finish in time.
A good leader should activate his employee or his
team to work with full capacity and to create new things, by
always following the 3R; Recognition, Reward and Reinforcement
as below;
1. To compliment publicly but to reproach personally in
order to not make him ashamed and finally become angry.
2. To reveal the expectation to him because no employee
will know it. Therefore, this revealing is required and it could
help avoid some mistakes which might occur.
3. To pay attention by taking a look and listening in
order to find the feeling but faults. It is necessary to know
whether employee works with happiness. The leader should not
only say sympathetic words but also acts attentively.
4. To give chance to participate, to share his idea and
to be accepted by the leader, would make him feel like he is a
part of the organization.
5. To take responsibility for both successful and
mistaken work. And for mistaken one, it is better to solve it
together with employee.
6. To share some goodness and complement to all
concerned because the success comes from them all. Thus, the
leader should bring the compliment back for them as well.
7. To create pleasant environment at workplace, not
only environment such light or air but also relationship between
colleagues and leaders.
All of these are important things which all leaders
should always keep in mind and follow by because it will
increase potential and capacity on working and return the
highest efficiency to an organization.
